Roles

  • Supervised, evaluated, and developed all talent, technicians, and coordinators           (up to 250 team members)

 

  • Addressed HR needs including counseling of employees, peer mediation, high conflict resolution, and employment termination

 

  • Reviewed and adjusted any oversights daily for the timesheets and hours for all performers of the project

 

  • Received all call sicks and request offs for the project and assigned replacements for those positions from a pool of potential talent
